Our Staff

Bobbi L. Meng is our Executive Director, she has been with Caring Ministries for six years. She was hired on as the Assistant Director and became Executive Director after seven months. She studied business in Arlington, Texas. Before coming to Caring Ministries she ran her own bookkeeping business.

Pam Hernandez is our Assistant Director, she has been with Caring Ministries for 3 years. Before coming to Caring Ministries she was the Assistant Director for Adult Basic Education for the community college and has worked with in-need clients for ten years.

Jessica Morse is a Grant Writer Employed by SHARE, Inc., Morgan County Domestic Violence Program, from June 2003 to May 2007. Jessica started as an advocate and moved into Development in 2005. Three years of Development experience with SHARE, Inc. Became independent grant writing contractor for Caring Ministries in 2007 until October 2009. Hired on as part-time grant writer in October 2009.
